Founded in 1994, AG provides Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Communications, IT and Security Systems design. Over the years we have added Construction Management & Special Inspection services to our portfolio. The original three-person firm led by Gary Guleria has grown to employ more than 60 professionals in New York, New Jersey & Pennsylvania.

AG’s engineering expertise has inspired various clients to entrust us with innovative and challenging infrastructure projects ranging from rail/transit stations airports, schools, colleges libraries, museums, and performing arts centers, government buildings, courthouses, healthcare projects both in design and construction management.

A supporter of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), the firm employs many LEED-accredited professionals, and has a portfolio of many LEED-certified award winning projects.
