John Zirpolo is founder of Big Z Appliance Repair. He graduated from CAD design program at Northeast Metro Vocational High School in Wakefield, MA in 1995. After graduation Mr. Zirpolo started his career in a machine shop and has continued to advance his knowledge and expertise of repairing and servicing industrial equipment for well over two decades.

In 2020, Mr. Zirpolo made the decision to expand his knowledge by furthering his education in home appliance repair. He received his certificate from Penn Foster's College where he completed the Appliance Repair Training program with honors.
