Factor Appliance repair is a locally owned, quality in-home appliance repair company. We are nationally certified and located in Rockville MD. We provide estimates on-site, prior to any repair and our trip charge is waived if the repair is decided upon. Our trip fee which is $80, will only be charged if you decide not to proceed with the repair. We give a full 90 days warranty on all parts and labor of our appliance repair service. We only charge for services once the repair is completed.

We offer major in-home residential appliance repair to homeowners within Montgomery Co MD. We can service your refrigerator, freezer, icemaker, oven, stove, range, cooktop, wall-oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. We offer appliance repair service daily in Montgomery Co MD for Rockville, Potomac, Germantown, Clarksburg, Gaithersburg, Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Kensington, Olney, Silver Spring etc

Please note the following :

We do not service any Washing Machine that has a Clothes Dryer on top of it, this is also the case if you unstack them yourself. This is due to liability reasons and the fact that we can only send one technician on each job. We also do not service any Microwaves, Vent Hoods, Downdrafts, Garbage Disposals, HVAC, Dehumidifiers, Freestanding ice machines, Wine Coolers, Water Heaters, Vacuum Cleaners or any small kitchen appliances.

We provide parts during our repair service but if you just need to purchase appliance parts and do not require service, we recommend 'Tribles' of Rockville.

We work on certain brands and manufactures, please find a list of the brands that we service below. We also cannot work on any appliances that have been disassembled or tampered with prior to our arrival.

We do not service in-warranty or insured appliances. We recommend contacting the manufacturer directly for all in-warranty repairs, this number can be located in your owners manual. We recommend calling your insurance provider directly if your appliance is under any type of insurance coverage.
