Life-Long Appliance Repair

My name is Tom Long and I am the owner/operator of Life-Long Appliance Repair, so I will personally be performing the repairs. I exited a career as a mechanical engineer and program manager to start this business in 2018 because I enjoy working on machines. I've now repaired over 5000 appliances. I work directly with homeowners and landlords as well as with property management and warranty companies.

My overhead is low, so I can charge less than bluebook repair pricing.
I send a text when on the way and arrive in the agreed time window or try to contact the homeowner if there is a delay.
I try to leave the work area as clean or cleaner than it was when I arrived.
