DOCTOR IN THE FAMILY participates as out of network providers with some health insurance plans that have out of network benefits. These insurance plans are usually called PPO plans.
We do not accept: Medicaid, Medicare, HMO Plans, EPO plans.
If your insurance plan has out-of-pocket expenses like deductibles, copays, and co-insurance, the patient is responsible for paying these fees.
The physician consult fee is $850 – $1,700 per consultation as a flat fee.
