Owner and founder Estuardo Godinez didn’t exactly know what was in store for him when he first came to this country from Guatemala as a young man in his 20s. It was only after a friend invited him to work in his painting business that Estuardo discovered a passion for painting. He still recalls the feeling of pride he felt when clients saw the finished product. A few years later, he decided to open his own painting business, and in 2005, Fresh Start Painting was born.

His motto from day one has been: Quality First. He and his team continue to follow that motto on each and every job they take on. Licensed with the California Department of Public Health, Estuardo is certified to remove lead-based paint and thus offers complete lead abatement services.
