Established in 2000, PaintSmart Commercial LLC is all about applying techniques and procedures particular to industrial applications to the painting of stand-up concrete warehouses and other concrete and metal structures. At the same time we began to offer our services for tenant interior projects, facilities painting, multi-family housing complexes and retail centers. All geared to the property management professional.

We are firm believers in thorough preparation procedures as we seen that better prep determines the longer-range longevity of the paint job. Our preparation procedures are second to none in the Denver market!

We hire only career painters and train them to understand our approach to customer service and conscientious workman’s procedures with an emphasis on safety and efficiency.

We work for Denver property managers who appreciate a contractor on the job who attends to the details, works closely and politely with their tenants, and completes the job with a minimum of disruption.

We use Sherwin Williams paint products, specialty coating and caulking products, and coordinate with our local manufacturer’s representatives when warranty work is required. This is often necessary for specialty paint and coating applications, such as elastomeric waterproofing systems, epoxy systems, and other specialty coatings when a warranty is required.
