Description

We guarantee our workmanship and the quality of the parts we use. If a problem arises within 1 year of service(after the free repair guarantee period), and it is determined that the issue relates to the part or labor of our appliance service, we will refund the cost of the labor or part.

What’s Covered:
• Labor: If any issues related to our workmanship (such as improper installation or adjustment) are identified, we will refund the labor cost.
• Parts: If the part we replaced fails within the warranty period due to its defect/quality, we will refund the cost of the part.

How We Determine If It’s Labor or Part-Related:
• Independent Report: we request that you provide a detailed report from the reputable appliance service company.

Refund Conditions:
• The report must clearly demonstrate that the issue is our original repair or the part we replaced .
• Refunds apply only if the issue is our work or the part we replaced, not to new issues or external causes (e.g., unauthorized repair, misuse, electrical surges, flooding or unrelated breakdowns).

How to Claim the Warranty:
• Contact us within 1 year of the service date.
• Provide the original service invoice for reference
